So, what’s that all about then?
Well, rather than tell you, I thought I’d just show you.
This is me. That was the year I turned the big four zero (looks better in words than numbers don’t you agree?). I’d just lost 15kgs in the previous 4 months, was feeling fit, healthy and happy. It shows right?
This image says it all. Live Life. It pains me to see people stuck in a rut, hating life and putting up with a lot of stuff because they can’t see an alternative.
Here I am on holidays in Fiji with my lovely little boy who is growing up so fast – I know it’s a cliche but it’s true! Pity the wind blew right when the photo was taken and I had to close my eyes. ><
This is me at the finish line of my first marathon – woohoo! I’m hooked now.
And this is the view from my home office. This image is not digitally enhanced. I looked up one day to see a beautiful rainbow spanning the city.
I hope you don’t think I’m showing off because that’s not my intention. What I’m trying to do is show you the lifestyle I’ve created for myself. Why? To inspire you to do the same. If you’re stuck in a rut, dread Mondays, drag yourself through your week and dream of a different life, then I want to help you turn that dream into a reality.
